I’m working on the next book. It’s coming along more slowly than I hoped, but any writing is adding more words to what I had before. I have been getting some short stories up for publication as well, so at least there’s some movement there too.
How is everyone else doing? Sound off in the comments!
So glad you asked! My update – Epic Fail! 🙂
I haven’t been able to write fiction daily, but the process is certainly teaching me a lot about how I work. I’ve missed writing days but not too many in a row, so the getting back to it more than compensates for the missed sessions.
And I already gave up on some other projects I was working alongside! Yet, I’m happy with what has transpired so far. It’s certainly a heck of a lot better than it was this time last year.

@Anitha Krishnan, Don’t beat yourself up. As long as you making progress, no matter how small it is, you are still moving towards your goals.

That doesn’t sound like an epic fail to me. Sounds like you are definitely improving from where you were last year and are on the right track! Keep going. This is a learning process as much as anything else. 🙂

I was wondering on Sunday what the hell as going on in the Amazon Kindle universe. I was thinking the workers were on strike. I had self-published a book bright and early that morning and it never got published until later down into the night. Normally they publish my books in a matter of hours. Well I am grateful now that the book is available for sale.

I had the same thing happen. Plus, I tried to do a paperback and it took three days for it to go through whatever they do. It is usually done by the next morning.
