LOL. This dog does lead a good life, but he earns it. He is a service dog and he is good at his job. He went over and above by finding this second round of cancer. If it weren’t for him, we wouldn’t have found it yet. (My next follow-up was scheduled for March 30) but because of him, I have been getting treatment for several months now.
We definitely try to make him comfortable. He has a bed in every room, he is allowed on the furniture, he has a ball pit to play in, he gets nibbles of carrots, steak, and bacon from our plates. He is very well-loved and is very much a part of our family. 😉 ❤

The new lump is in a weird place (just under my collarbone.) Amos was sniffing me and then he kept smashing his face into the spot. I put my hand there because it seemed so intentional on his part and I felt the lump. I called my oncologist and told her what happened and where the lump was (it was tiny) and she said to come in right away (she saw me the next day.) They scheduled tests and biopsies for that same week. I asked the doctor how/why they got me in so fast. The doctor said “We always trust the dog.”

That excellent. Amos deserves all his treats.
If only this old lady was as sweet as him. Sigh!
