Quick Update

I am feeling much better since getting out of the hospital. The meds they sent home with me are helping. Being home with Amos and Trent is helping.

I have so much trouble in the hospital because of my food allergies. Poor Trent has to make multiple trips back and forth all day with food for me and having to do potty runs for Amos. But he is my hero and he takes care of both me and Amos so well. The hospital can’t seem to manage my food allergy needs, but oh well. At least Trent knows what he’s doing.

I am trying to stay on track with my writing. Being in the hospital is a definite interruption to that, but I am managing to stick close to my schedule so far.

  1. He is an amazing man. I met him through my older brother. They had been friends for 8 years already when I met him. He is a good Christian man and we have been through a lot together.

I have heard some horrible stories of men leaving their wives when they get sick. We met a couple where the wife was ready to do the same when her husband had a heart transplant. But we could never do that to one another. We made it through Trent’s transplant, We can make it through this too. With God’s help we will stay by each other’s side. Plus, we have Amos!! 🙂
